The Safety Dance

The year is 2020. The time? Coronavirus aka Covid-19 aka Stay-at-Home-Central. No more bars, clubs, or concerts. No more live music. With my number one hobby snuffed out like a wet candle, I decided to go live. Every Saturday night, for at least an hour, sometimes two, I encouraged humans of all kinds to unwind, relax, let go, and just dance as I turned my bedroom hobby of DJing into a full-blown cathartic quarantine rave. Saturday night quickly turned into the best night of quarantine.
